  • Establish data feeds and dashboards for loan applications, decisions, and outcomes
  • Enhance and maintain credit risk strategies and origination policies for emerging consumer lending
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in loan level analytics (preferably with a fintech or credit lender)
  • Experience with quantitative modeling (e.g., gradient boosting, statistical forecasting)
  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred; R, SAS, SQL also relevant)
  • Experience with statistical modeling (regression, gradient boosting, random forests, etc.)
  • Curiosity to research and apply cutting‑edge modeling techniques
  • Bachelor's in math, economics, engineering, data science, or related field (Master's preferred)
