Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Model and Simulation Software Engineer to advance our Modeling and Simulation capabilities by integrating AI-enabled models that support complex wargaming and operational decision-making for the DoW.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable simulation components, create realistic behavioral and environmental models, and collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and engineers to ensure models reflect real-world conditions and interact within evolving mission

Qualifications

• Experience developing software in Java, C++, C, or C#.
• Experience with version control, documentation practices, and GitLab workflows.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Knowledge of the DIS networking protocol.
• Knowledge of COTS and GOTS M&S and data tools such as MACE, MOCT, VRSG, and various Image Generators for data transformation, configuration, and standardization.
• Ability to write clean, efficient source code for new applications and enhance existing codebases.
• Ability to support the evaluation, selection, and integration of M&S tools.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
