Job summary

Jobtailor in [location unspecified] seeks an experienced supervisor of AI models to own and manage a portfolio of high-scale supervisory models in a regulated financial services environment. You will monitor performance, analyze trends, and oversee governance through formal change-control processes to ensure compliance and reliability.

You will lead validation and quality control efforts, identify enhancement opportunities, and design initiatives to strengthen model risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to supervision, compliance, model risk management, or regulatory operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Experience supporting analytical or AI model lifecycles within a financial service or similarly regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and NASAA regulatory frameworks as they relate to supervisory obligations and first-line control environments.
• Experience collaborating across compliance, technology, and operations functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience with data visualization tools, query languages (SQL), or model monitoring platforms strongly preferred.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
