Job summary

Jobtailor in New York leads the development and application of analytics and modeling to support strategic decisions. You will design and maintain predictive, financial, and operational models, translating complex data into executive‑ready insights.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities, monitor KPIs, and drive forecasting, planning, and optimization. You will coach analysts and ensure data governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience developing analytical models and translating data into business insights.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with large data sets and analytics or reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Preferred: Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Preferred: Certifications in analytics, data science, or finance.
