Qualifications

• 2+ years in Model Maker, Fabricator, Machinist, or CNC Operator.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models.
• Use precision tools: calipers, micrometers, CMM.
• Understand GD&T and shop safety.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes per drawings.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and calibrate for accuracy.
• Fabrication: milling, turning, drilling, welding; composites/additive materials.
• Inspect parts against CAD models; ensure quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to improve prototyping.
