Job summary

Symphony Homes is seeking a part-time Model Home Assistant to welcome visitors, provide basic information, and gather lead information for sales follow-up. You will staff model homes in Davis and Morgan Counties, follow model hours, and maintain a friendly, professional presence on-site.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with face-to-face interactions, detail-oriented, and able to drive to multiple model locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Utah real estate license required.
• Driver's license and ability to drive to model homes.

Responsibilities

• Open and staff model homes during full model hours.
• Provide basic information on Symphony Homes.
• Gather information from prospective customers for follow-up.
• Turn on lights and signage; manage day-end shutdowns.
• Report materials and supply levels; keep grounds clean.
