As a Systems Engineer for Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), you will lead and employ MBSE approaches to develop Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize model data, communicate systems, and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains.

• You will support MBSE efforts on multiple programs; solicit stakeholder needs for MBSE implementation.
• Elicit stakeholder needs and requirements and model the data.
• Use system data from models to develop assembly, integration, interfaces, and verification data.
• Engage with all teams (SE, R&V, Mechanical, Electrical, Digital Transformation, external co-Primes, and Customers) to support products and processes. You will help lead SE process definition and coordinate process execution across the team.
• This role involves redefining and modernizing engineering processes, including Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, and Operations/Test efforts.
• Support the definition & implementation of MBSE products and processes by partnering with SE teams and contributing to FBM MBSE/MBE efforts, aiming to incorporate modern model-based methods into products, processes, and design reviews.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with customers, management, external stakeholders, Design SMEs, and peers. You should thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment balancing priorities and deadlines.

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance, with certain citizenship requirements.
