Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in San Diego, CA is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer to translate real-world needs into technical specifications and lead MBSE-driven engineering efforts onsite at NAVWAR.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to maintain it, and US citizenship. You will design architectures, mentor staff, and deliver MBSE-based solutions for critical government programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or 4+ years of MBSE experience.
2+ years of experience integrating MBSE tools and lifecycle management systems.
2+ years of systems engineering analysis for government systems.
2+ years of experience with MBSE for development of technical specs and architectures.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept through the product lifecycle.
Apply advanced skills to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Mentor and supervise team members while working with limited direction.
Define architectures that integrate MBSE tools, simulation environments, data repositories, and lifecycle systems.
Develop systems engineering products for government systems.
