Job Description:
Individual will establish digital engineering models of customer systems and provide technical expertise to the program team. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Support tool selection, establish MBSE environment, stand up capability to focus on development of models of customer's "program of record" systems.
2. Support verification, validation, integration, and interoperability activities (e.g., migration of new capability to modeled system).
3. Establishing a Digital Twin capability for simulation, predictive analysis, security controls, etc.
4. Establish Digital Engineering methodology, processes, and training.
5. Collaborate with program team to identify and gather system requirements and establish models.
6. Train program team on the use of MBSE.
7. Support growth opportunities related to MBSE and Digital Engineering.
8. Host MBSE-related technical and strategic discussions with company leadership.

Job Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in the MBSE field
• Proficient with MBSE tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, etc.) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
• Solid understanding of DoD Systems Engineering Processes
• Excellent written communications skills and the ability to develop compelling proposal materials and presentations
• Able to travel in support of customer engagements
• Able to work independently
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Security+(CE) certification required
