MathWorks is seeking an engineer with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to join our Consulting Services team. In this role, you will use your experience with industry-standard SysML tools to help our customers become self-sufficient in the use of System Composer and Simulink for architecting, designing, and analyzing engineered systems. Projects include advisory services, coaching, process assessments, third-party tools integration, and custom solutions development.

Responsibilities

1. Lead consulting engagements and deliver technical services to customers (50% of time).
2. Deliver consulting services to integrate MathWorks tools for MBSE into customer development processes.
3. Understand customer development processes and engineering challenges.
4. Collaborate with account teams to articulate MBSE value, build tool adoption, and create implementation plans.
5. Conceive, prototype, and evaluate solution strategies.
6. Work independently and in teams to ensure customer enablement and success.

Qualifications

1. Expertise in industry-standard SysML MBSE tools such as Cameo, Capella, or Rhapsody.
2. Experience with MATLAB and Simulink in industry.
3. Flexibility to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and adapt to changing demands.
4. Ability to work on US defense projects.
5. Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
6. Authorized to work in the US without restrictions; visa sponsorship not provided.
7. Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of professional experience or equivalent.
