Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team in developing functional and non-functional requirements using MBSE models and structures.
• Support the development and linking of SysML artifacts such as Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Block Definition Diagrams (BDDs), and Internal Block Diagrams (IBDs).
• Guide the team in the creation and maintenance of data models and libraries based on the Ground Combat System (GCS) Common Infrastructure Architecture (GCIA).
• Build and maintain MBSE-based metrics for program tracking, such as Trade Studies, Risks, and Design Decision Memorandums (DDMs).
• Contribute to initiatives to connect digital engineering tools (e.g., Teamcenter, Cameo, MADe) for a seamless engineering environment.
• Create style guides for MBSE areas.
• Ensure MBSE processes align with contract requirements for digital engineering.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent technical degree).
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a related engineering role, with strong experience in vehicle systems engineering.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Cameo experience is required (likely referring to Cameo Systems Modeler, a tool used for MBSE).
• Security Clearance: Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance is required.
