Summary Statement:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This role also provides an above average industry experience, encouraging guests to return repeatedly.

Primary Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to property recipes.
• Provide food and beverage service to guests at the bar.
• Verify customers' identification to ensure legal drinking age.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Prepare garnishes safely.
• Maintain the aesthetic of the bar top.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Monitor and restock inventory.
• Participate in modeling programs, events, and promotional activities, including posing for pictures and promotional appearances.
• Adhere to company values and standards.
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
• Use personal devices for job-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment.
• Proficiency with spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• At least one year of bartending or related experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of upscale bartending experience.
• Sommeliers Certification or similar.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Required licenses: Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Handler, Non-Gaming Card.

Physical Demands:
