Qualifications

This role includes an emphasis on copper processing, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality according to customer requirements within a non‑climate‑controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, operate, and maintain machines to produce modified parts
• Maintain all equipment and tools in good working order
• Assure product quality by following procedures and tolerances determined by customer specifications
• Stand for long periods; walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently during the shift
• Lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 25–50 pounds frequently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic tooling knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Preferred experience:
• Advanced blueprint reading
• CAD

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently
• Lift 80 lbs occasionally and 25–50 lbs frequently

Work Environment

• Non–climate–controlled work area
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
