Veeco Instruments Inc. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Product Applications Engineer to support our global MOCVD customer base.

In this hands-on role, you will apply expertise in III-V epitaxy, MOCVD reactor operation, and materials characterization to help customers meet production goals. You will lead process demonstrations, troubleshoot epitaxial performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate customer needs into robust process solutions and future product

Qualifications

• Hands-on epitaxial growth of III-V materials.
• Experience with MOCVD process development and reactor operation.
• Customer-facing demonstrations and field applications support.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into practical MOCVD process plans.
• Execute process demonstrations and on-site support.
• Characterize epitaxial films and device structures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Travel up to 65% domestically and internationally.
