Job description

We are working with a well-established Montgomery County-based firm with strong local ties and a national footprint to expand their bustling real estate practice. This is a great opportunity to do sophisticated and complex work while also benefiting from a sustainable and humane 1600 billable hour target, generous remote work policy and strong path to partnership.

Note: this is not a remote position-- candidates must still be available to come in to the office

If you enjoy handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters from acquisition through dispotision, including financing, development, leasing, and joint ventures, this could be a strong fit. You'll have the opportunity to manage multiple transactions, lead due diligence and closing processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to owners, developers, and lenders throughout the deal lifecycle.
