Job description

MOCEAN is seeking a dynamic designer to join our Social & Digital division, helping to shape innovative campaigns for major entertainment properties across a range of platforms and formats. From OOH digital displays and motion key art to traditional / social AV spots and CG heavy animation concepts, this role requires a creative artist who can bring big visions to life with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day creative execution across a mix of social, digital, and traditional projects for streamers and studios.
• Assist in visually building dynamic campaigns, spanning static designs, OOH digital displays, motion key art, AV spots, and animation / CG-heavy concepts.
• Work with the team to establish and maintain brand aesthetics, ensuring consistency while evolving looks and styles to fit different platforms.
• Build dynamic presentation decks that bring creative concepts to life and captivate clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new creative and technological approaches into campaigns.

Requirements

• Availability to work West Coast business hours - No exceptions.
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, art direction and animation / editorial workflows
• Experience crafting and presenting visual ideas
• Experience working across social, digital, and traditional AV formats
• A deep understanding of social media and digital trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong compositing and typography skills
• Excellence in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills-a proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Annual salary : $70,000-$120,000 - Final salary offered will be dependent on factors including experience, location, and budget.

Upon conversion to full-time, total compensation will include :

• Generous paid time off, including 10 holidays, six sick days annually
