The role emphasizes staying current with certifications and providing clear customer guidance on repairs and upgrades, with a focus on high-quality service and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Completion of a vocational or technical training program in automotive technology.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and electronics.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and on-board computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, mobility ramp services, full size lift services, and adaptive equipment services.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in vehicles.
• Stay updated on certifications and equipment installations through vendors.
• Conduct safety inspections and tests to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interact with customers to discuss issues and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs for each vehicle.
