Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and physical function.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
