Job summary

Clover Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for Albuquerque, NM to evaluate, plan, and deliver rehab services. Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in New Mexico.
• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Ability to educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Strong communication with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience supervising PTAs and therapy aides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs and therapy aides.
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans for long-term recovery.
