Qualifications

• Florida PE License.
• 15+ years of progressive highway or transportation engineering design and project management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FDOT and municipal transportation programs.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing transportation team.
• Drive strategic growth and operational performance.
• Serve as a trusted client advisor, strengthening key relationships.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
• Represent Arcadis in industry and community forums.
