Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Program Manager – Mobility to oversee multi-phase mobility and transportation programs, including roadways, transit, and multimodal initiatives. You will manage full lifecycle delivery, risk and regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment, with a strong emphasis on public engagement.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or planning background, deep transportation policy knowledge, and proven leadership in public infrastructure delivery, preferably FDOT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of transportation policies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including public communications and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program roadmaps, strategic priorities, risk management plans, and KPIs aligned with agency goals.
• Engage with DOT officials, local governments, transit agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate public meetings and outreach to engage stakeholders regarding mobility projects.
• Prepare executive summaries, board presentations, and public-facing reports; maintain dashboards and communicate progress.
