Kaizen Approach, Inc. seeks an Operations Mobility Analyst to support USCENTCOM mobility operations at MacDill AFB, FL. You will monitor force flow, coordinate airlift, and ensure efficient movement of personnel, cargo, and equipment across the USCENTCOM AOR.

The role requires JOPES/TPFDD proficiency, experience with GATES, SMS, APACS, and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will work with USTRANSCOM and theater validators to maintain in-transit visibility and resolve mobility issues.

Qualifications

• Must be able to support joint deployment and distribution operations across USCENTCOM AOR.
• Proficient in using JOPES and interpreting TPFDD for planning and execution.
• Capable of coordinating high-priority airlift requests and resolving airlift issues.
• Monitor transportation capabilities and identify resource shortfalls.
• Coordinate mobility requirements with USTRANSCOM and theater stakeholders.
• Experience with GATES, SMS, APACS and USCENTCOM TPFDD processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility and deployment support to USCENTCOM at MacDill AFB.
• Coordinate inter- and intra-theater airlift to move personnel, cargo, and equipment.
• Monitor force flow and in-transit visibility; resolve mobility execution issues.
• Collaborate with theater logistics stakeholders to ensure synchronized mobility operations.
• Support movement tracking, theater clearance requests, and official travel coordination.
