Aurum Wireless is building a national retail sales organization across the United States, and we are hiring competitive, ambitious people who want more than an entry-level retail job. You’ll begin as a Mobility Expert in a high-traffic retail location and can earn the opportunity to lead a store as Aurum expands.

Advancement is based on performance, not seniority. You’ll be coached daily with leadership development and the chance to recruit and train a successful retail team as you grow.

We’re hiring competitive, ambitious people who want more than another entry-level retail job. You’ll begin as a Mobility Expert, representing wireless and connectivity services inside a high-traffic retail location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time, paid W-2 position
• Hourly earnings with uncapped performance-based commissions

• Successful performers can target $45,000–$70,000+ annually
