Job summary

National Seating Mobility (NSM) is hiring a Technician for our Bangor, ME location on a full-time day shift, Monday–Friday. The role involves assisting clients with mobility solutions, coordinating with the Branch Manager and Rehab Technology Specialist to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery of equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined (hand and power tools, equipment repairs)
• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and makes quality repairs across multiple environments (branch, field, clinics, schools, care homes)
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL, and home accessibility equipment per specs
• Provides inventory control and counts for all orders and stock items
• Delivers equipment as directed by Branch operations and Field leadership (fitting, instruction, compliance, customer service)
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed
