Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Mobility Equipment Technician to ensure correct equipment delivery, setup, and safe operation in patients’ homes. You will work with patients, therapists, and ATP professionals to customize equipment to patient needs and provide excellent customer service.

The role offers an ATP career path with mentorship, ongoing education, and advancement opportunities. Compensation ranges from $18 to $28 per hour and is based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience delivering consumer or medical equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients while maintaining professionalism, respect and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and educate patients on mobility equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Document issues and complete required paperwork promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, compliant company vehicle and conduct routine inspections.
• Communicate delivery status and schedule changes to office and teams.
