Job summary

National Seating & Mobility, Inc. seeks a full-time Technician in the Richmond, VA area to support access to mobility solutions including wheelchairs and positioning systems.

The role involves coordinating with the Branch Manager and other staff to ensure timely order processing, assembly, and delivery of products to clients. The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, has a High School Diploma or GED, and is committed to NSM’s HEARTS values of Honor, Excellence, Accountability, Respect,

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs repairs in diverse environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assembles seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Manages inventory for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Delivers equipment per direction from Branch operations and Field leadership.
• Provides technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
