Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accuracy and availability of mobility equipment and supplies. You will manage incoming, stored, and outgoing inventory to support timely patient deliveries and service.

The role involves assembling equipment, coordinating with branches, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. A Bachelor's degree or ATP certificate is required, and a pathway to ATP certification is available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or ATP certificate required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Order approved patient-specific equipment and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with Branch Manager and teams to meet purchasing and inventory goals.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and ensure equipment readiness.
  • Collaborate with office, field operations, sales and corporate teams to support timely deliveries.
  • Provide cross-functional operational support and backup delivery when needed.
