Job summary

Health Aid of Ohio is seeking a Medical Delivery Technician to assemble, deliver, and service mobility equipment including wheelchairs and seating systems. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities for customer service.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide assembly, repair and delivery of all products and equipment.
• Deliver and service seating and mobility devices, including wheelchairs.
• Manage on-call rotation and occasional evening/weekend support.
• Maintain vehicle and work area in clean, safe condition.
• Complete paperwork accurately and communicate with the Operations Manager.
