Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm with locations across the world in 15 countries, offers an exciting employment opportunity for a Mobility Endpoint Services Manager. You’ll enjoy competitive compensation, an excellent benefits package, and the chance to work within an innovative and collaborative environment.

Join our Technology Team as a Mobility Endpoint Services Manager located in various offices. This role can be based on a hybrid basis and reports to the Director of Enterprise Messaging.

In this position, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and will bring strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills. Initiative, adaptability, and innovation will be key to your success.

Position Summary

The Mobility Endpoint Services Manager is a hybrid technical and strategic leadership role responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the organization’s mobile ecosystem. This position bridges the gap between Modern Endpoint Management and Telecom Vendor Operations. You will ensure that the global workforce has seamless, secure access to corporate resources while optimizing the costs and services provided by major wireless carriers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and optimize the Microsoft Intune environment for iOS and Android endpoints, including compliance policies and conditional access aligned to Zero Trust principles.
  • Oversee mobile application lifecycle management, including MAM deployment and app protection policies to prevent data leakage.
  • Manage automated device enrollment using Apple Business Manager (DEP) and Android Enterprise.
  • Serve as Tier III escalation lead for complex mobile device, enrollment, and connectivity issues.
  • Define and maintain mobile hardware standards based on security requirements, platform capabilities, and carrier compatibility.
  • Assist in telecom vendor management, acting as the liaison for Verizon, AT&T, and T‑Mobile; conduct quarterly business reviews and enforce SLAs.
  • Perform Telecom Expense Management (TEM) by auditing invoices, eliminating unused lines, and optimizing rate plans to control costs.
  • Support enterprise cellular contract negotiations, including hardware subsidies and international roaming agreements globally.
  • Produce executive reporting and dashboards covering device compliance, carrier spend versus budget, and device lifecycle status.
  • Establish and operate a mobile security vulnerability management process, including identification, risk assessment, and remediation of OS, application, and carrier‑related vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor mobile security advisories from platform vendors and carriers, translating findings into enforceable remediation actions such as OS version requirements, configuration changes, and conditional access updates.
  • Validate mobile security controls including encryption, jailbreak/root detection, app protection, VPN or Microsoft Tunnel configurations, and certificate‑based authentication.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, and Risk teams during mobile‑related incidents, audits, investigations, and client inquiries, providing accurate device posture and remediation evidence.
  • Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and platform roadmaps, recommending adoption, deferral, or exclusion based on security risk, operational value, and enterprise readiness.
  • Lead controlled pilots and proofs of concept for new mobile capabilities, with defined success criteria, security review, and executive‑level outcome reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance secure mobile workflows for attorneys, executives, and business users without increasing operational risk or support complexity.
  • Foster a proactive, collaborative support culture that promotes transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver presentations to various audiences.
  • Appear on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendors.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in mobile device platforms, including iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise, across multiple OS versions.
  • Expert knowledge of Intune capabilities, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, update rings, and enrollment models.
  • Working knowledge of mobile networking concepts, including cellular bands, 5G architecture, and mobile VPN/proxy configurations.
  • Familiarity with carrier management portals and tools (or equivalent enterprise telecom platforms).
  • Ability to translate technical data into executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Strong understanding of mobile security principles, including device compliance, encryption, app protection, and threat mitigation.
  • Ability to interpret and act on mobile security advisories from platform vendors and carriers.
  • Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) practices, including invoice review, cost optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to standards, documentation, and operational discipline.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, fostering an open and proactive support environment.
Education & Prior Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced endpoint management experience (7+ years) with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune.
  • Hands‑on experience with mobile enrollment frameworks, including Apple Business Manager (DEP) and Android Enterprise.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Power BI to support automation, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Experience supporting security, risk, audit, or incident response activities related to mobile devices and access.
  • Experience managing enterprise telecom vendors, including service reviews and SLA accountability.
