NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead mobile wound care, delivering advanced therapies directly to patients at home and in facilities across the region. This role emphasizes autonomous practice, clinical leadership, and high-quality care.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, and drive quality improvements while maintaining thorough EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP/PA with current Florida license
• Expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and facilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilités
