Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking a Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to lead autonomous wound care delivery in home and facility settings. You will apply advanced therapies, exercise clinical judgment, and mentor team members to uphold high quality standards.

You will thrive in a dynamic, mobile environment with strong emphasis on documentation, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. A valid NP/PA license and travel readiness are required.
