Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a mobile wound care team serving patients in homes and SNFs. You will travel locally within your designated region to see patients in their homes, with a Houston-area service footprint and Plano, TX focus.

Must hold TX NP/PA license and CPR certification. We provide extensive training, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation. This is a on-site role requiring local travel to patient locations.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an NP or PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Select, order and perform tests and procedures to treat patients.
• Perform wound care procedures as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and education during visits.
• Manage wound debridement and apply wound care products.
• Document findings and treatment course in patient chart.
