Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to lead mobile wound care, delivering advanced therapies to patients in their homes and local facilities. This autonomous role emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and high-quality patient outcomes.

You will manage diverse wound patients, mentor team members, and collaborate across disciplines while maintaining meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic mobile environment. A valid license is required.

• Licensed NP or PA with advanced wound care experience.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
