NIVA Health is seeking a Mobile Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to lead advanced wound care across home visits and facilities, delivering evidence-based therapies with autonomy and clinical excellence.

You will mentor clinicians, collaborate across disciplines, maintain meticulous EMR documentation, and drive quality initiatives to improve outcomes for diverse patient populations. Valid licensure and transportation required; leadership and innovation rewarded.

Qualifications

• Experienced NP/PA with a valid license.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations.
