Job summary

NIVA Health in the United States seeks an experienced NP/PA to lead its Mobile Wound Care division. You will independently manage wound care patients across homes and facilities, applying advanced therapies while exercising clinical judgment.

Lead and mentor a team, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced NP/PA with valid license in their state
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to drive healing
• Mentor and train team members to maintain high-quality care
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
• Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a mobile environment
