Job summary

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with proven wound care expertise to lead our Mobile Wound Care Division. You will work autonomously, delivering advanced therapies in patients' homes and local facilities while driving clinical excellence.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across disciplines, contribute to quality initiatives, and maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a fast-paced, mobile environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with wound care experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
