The ideal candidate has 5+ years of welding experience, a valid driver’s license, and must pass an FCAW test within 4 weeks (company reimbursement). You’ll provide your own cordless hand/power tools; the company supplies welding machines, heavy equipment, and

Responsibilities

• Lead projects locally and nationwide; ensure code compliance.
• Oversee construction plan execution and travel logistics.
• Maintain project documentation and equipment operation.
• Monitor deadlines and cross-train team members.
• Provide safe, efficient field welding and fabrication services.
• Travel 10–30 days with lodging and per diem provided.
