We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. This is a remote, in-region position requiring occasional overnight travel. No relocation assistance is provided. Basic requirements include 5+ years of relevant experience, ability to obtain background clearance, and willingness to travel 25-50%.
