Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in the state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care in a compassionate, Fear Free-aligned manner.
• Support families through the end-of-life process with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams.
