Lap of Love in Florida is recruiting an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Jacksonville and surrounding areas. This mobile role focuses on hospice and end-of-life care, delivering compassionate medicine in clients’ homes while balancing personal well-being and professional fulfillment.

You’ll join a community of veterinarians with mentorship, ongoing training, and flexible schedules designed for work-life balance, including weekend availability and supportive practice managers.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to work some weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will undergo background and motor vehicle record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care to pets and families.
• Deliver compassionate medical care in clients’ homes as a mobile veterinarian.
• Join a supportive team culture with mentorship and onboarding.
