Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to serve Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding NC communities. This mobile role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care, honoring the bond between families and pets while offering a balanced life.

You'll join a network of compassionate veterinarians with mentorship, flexible schedules, and a supportive practice team that helps you thrive professionally and personally.

Qualifications

DVM or equivalent degree and state veterinary licensure.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
Availability to work some weekends.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Background and motor vehicle record check will be performed.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
Operate as a mobile veterinarian serving Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas.
Engage with families to support clinical decisions and pet well-being.
