Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to serve Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas in North Carolina. This mobile role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care, offering a balanced life with professional fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Deliver compassionate veterinary care in clients’ homes.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
