Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Royal Oak, Detroit, Warren, Clinton Township, Macomb, Sterling Heights, and surrounding MI areas. This role emphasizes work-life balance with flexible 2-5 day schedules and supportive onboarding.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Excellent bedside manner with clients and pets.
• Willingness to travel to client homes across MI.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Background and motor vehicle record check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in home settings.
• Travel to client homes in Royal Oak, Detroit, Warren, Clinton Township, Macomb, Sterling Heights, MI and surrounding areas.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate care plans with families.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and practice managers to ensure high-quality care.
