Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian to serve Mechanicsville, MD and surrounding areas. This role focuses on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in a mobile setting, offering balance and professional fulfillment for veterinarians.

Flexible 2–5 day schedules are described, with 3–4 appointments per day on average and structured onboarding, mentorship, and a supportive center.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Carry out mobile veterinary visits across the assigned geographic area (Mechanicsville, MD and surrounding towns).
• Deliver high-quality veterinary care with empathy and professionalism.
