Lap of Love is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve the Central Valley and surrounding areas in California. As a mobile veterinary hospice provider, you will deliver compassionate care to pets and support families during meaningful moments, with a schedule offering 2–5 days per week and 3–4 unhurried appointments per day.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check will be performed prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in home settings.
• Practice mobile veterinary medicine with compassionate care and patient communication.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and support staff to ensure quality care.
