Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian for the Central Valley region (Stockton, Lodi, Modesto, Manteca and surrounding areas). You will practice compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, offering a meaningful, balanced veterinary role with support and mentorship.

The position emphasizes flexible 2–5 day weeks and a guaranteed base salary of $55,000 per year plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree and licensure in the U.S.
• Ability to perform in-home veterinary care visits.
• Weekend availability to cover some days.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care.
• Volunteer to travel within Central Valley/Stockton area for appointments.
• Deliver compassionate client communication and support families during care.
