Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a full-time In-Home Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes across Oceanside and surrounding areas.

You will join a supportive network of veterinarians with ongoing mentoring, flexible scheduling, and a focus on work-life balance. The role emphasizes professional fulfillment and personal wellbeing.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree and applicable U.S. veterinary license.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in clients' homes.
• Offer compassionate support to pets and families during end-of-life moments.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team for guidance and mentorship.
