Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in Jersey City, Paterson, Clifton, Passaic, Morristown, West Orange, Wayne, NJ and surrounding areas.

As a mobile veterinary team, you’ll join a community of professionals, enjoy a flexible 2–5 day workweek, and access ongoing mentorship, onboarding support, and a 24/7/365 help center. Full-time positions offer base salaries with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM required and licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to in-home visits.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Background check will be performed before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care in homes.
• Communicate compassionately with families and pets.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing mentorship.
• Maintain safety and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
