Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Trenton, Princeton, Hamilton, and surrounding areas in NJ. This mobile role focuses on hospice and euthanasia care, offering a deep sense of purpose and work–life balance.

You’ll join a family of veterinarians with ongoing mentoring and a support network, delivering compassionate care to pets and their families in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients’ homes.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian serving NJ communities.
• Deliver compassionate medical care and clear client communication.
• Support families during meaningful moments with professionalism and empathy.
