Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve St Augustine, FL and surrounding areas as a mobile hospice practice. You’ll deliver compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in clients’ homes, embracing a flexible, purpose-driven veterinary role.

Join a community of 400+ veterinarians with ongoing mentorship, onboarding, and 24/7 support. Flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules help you balance professional fulfillment with personal life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in in-home settings.
• Practice veterinary medicine in a mobile, independent-working environment.
